These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brilliant Job Consultancy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Brilliant Job Consultancy website and services, operated from our office in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. By registering as a candidate, registering as an employer, browsing this website, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to this website and all associated services operated by Brilliant Job Consultancy.
- "Candidate" refers to any individual who registers on the Platform seeking employment opportunities.
- "Employer" refers to any company or organisation that registers on the Platform to post job vacancies and hire candidates.
- "Services" refers to recruitment, placement, and HR consultancy services offered by Brilliant Job Consultancy, whether through this Platform or offline.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register on this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. About Our Services
Brilliant Job Consultancy is a recruitment and HR consultancy that connects job seekers with employers across Madhya Pradesh and beyond. Our services include candidate registration and profile management, resume review, job matching, interview coordination, and placement support for candidates, as well as candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring support for employers.
4. Candidate Registration Fee
Registration as a candidate on this Platform requires payment of a one-time registration fee of ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only). This fee covers profile verification, resume review and guidance, and ongoing placement support from our consultants, including candidate matching, interview coordination, and follow-up after placement.
The registration fee is collected only once, through our official payment channels, and a confirmed receipt will be made available on your candidate dashboard. We do not charge any further or repeated fees for applying to jobs, attending interviews, or being placed once you have completed registration.
Brilliant Job Consultancy does not guarantee placement within any specific timeframe, and payment of the registration fee does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Placement depends on factors including your qualifications, experience, availability, and current market demand for your skill set.
5. Refund Policy
The registration fee of ₹1,000 is non-refundable once payment has been processed and your candidate profile has been activated, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Non-refundability applies regardless of whether a candidate is ultimately placed, as the fee covers the verification and placement-support services rendered, not a guaranteed outcome.
6. Employer Registration and Services
Employers registering on this Platform must provide accurate company information, which is subject to verification and approval by our admin team before job postings become active. Fees and service arrangements for employer hiring support are discussed and agreed separately with our consultancy team and are not published as a fixed rate on this website, as they vary based on the scope and volume of hiring required.
7. Accuracy of Information
Both candidates and employers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform. Brilliant Job Consultancy reserves the right to verify any information provided, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
8. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to:
- Attend scheduled interviews punctually or provide reasonable advance notice if unable to attend.
- Respond honestly regarding their qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Not misuse the Platform to submit false applications or misrepresent their identity.
- Not share their account credentials with any third party.
- Notify Brilliant Job Consultancy promptly of any changes to contact information, qualifications, or employment status.
9. Employer Obligations
Employers agree to:
- Post only genuine, currently available job vacancies with accurate job descriptions, qualifications, and salary information.
- Not request any payment, fee, or financial contribution from candidates at any stage of the hiring process.
- Treat all candidates shortlisted through Brilliant Job Consultancy fairly and professionally.
- Provide timely feedback on candidate applications and interview outcomes where reasonably possible.
10. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring Outcomes
While Brilliant Job Consultancy makes every reasonable effort to match candidates with suitable opportunities and to support employers in finding qualified talent, we do not guarantee that any candidate will be placed in a role, or that any employer will successfully fill a vacancy through our Services. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer, and final acceptance of any offer rests solely with the candidate.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users of this Platform may not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or national law.
- Impersonate Brilliant Job Consultancy staff, another candidate, or another employer.
- Attempt to solicit payment from candidates outside of our official registration process.
- Upload malicious files, attempt to breach platform security, or interfere with the normal operation of the website.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute candidate or employer data obtained through the Platform without authorization.
12. Beware of Fraudulent Communications
Brilliant Job Consultancy's only legitimate charge to candidates is the one-time registration fee of ₹1,000, collected through official channels with a confirmed receipt. We will never ask for repeated payments, payment to a personal bank account or UPI ID, or payment as a condition of a specific job offer or interview. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Brilliant Job Consultancy that asks for payment outside these Terms, do not respond or make any payment, and report it immediately to brilliantjobc@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 98934 44556.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the overall design, is the property of Brilliant Job Consultancy unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
14. Privacy
Information collected during registration is used solely for recruitment and placement purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell candidate or employer data to third parties.
15. Limitation of Liability
Brilliant Job Consultancy acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or decisions of either party once a connection has been made. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brilliant Job Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or damages arising from an employer's or candidate's conduct.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
Brilliant Job Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any candidate or employer account, at our discretion, in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms. The registration fee remains non-refundable in the event of termination due to a violation of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
Brilliant Job Consultancy shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing our Services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet or power outages, or other events of force majeure.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katni, Madhya Pradesh.
