Brilliant Job Consultancy was founded in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, with a straightforward mission: make recruitment work better for both the people looking for jobs and the businesses trying to fill them. What began as a small local placement office has grown into a full-service job consultancy and HR partner, supporting candidates and employers across Madhya Pradesh and increasingly beyond the state. Candidates register either through our standard sign-up flow or our combined Submit Your Resume form, which lets a job seeker upload their resume and complete their full profile — education, experience, skills, salary expectations, and preferences — in a single step. Our staff can also register candidates directly during in-person or telephone consultations, which is especially useful for candidates who are less comfortable with online forms.
2. Verification and Matching
Once a profile is complete, our consultants review it against current openings. We do not rely purely on keyword matching; our team considers the full context of a candidate's background, including career trajectory, stated preferences, and soft factors like communication skills observed during initial phone screening.
3. Interview Coordination
When a match is identified, we coordinate directly with the employer to schedule interviews, confirm logistics, and prepare the candidate with role-specific information. Our staff track every interview through to its outcome and follow up with both sides.
4. Placement and Follow-Up
Once an offer is made and accepted, we assist with finalizing joining details and remain in contact with both the candidate and the employer during the initial period of employment, so that any early concerns can be addressed quickly rather than allowed to grow into a resignation or termination.
