Step 3: Post Your First Job
Once approved, you can post job openings directly from your employer dashboard, specifying details such as required qualifications, experience level, salary range, and job type. Each posting is also reviewed briefly by our admin team before going live, to maintain quality across all listings on the platform.
Step 4: Receive Matched Candidates
As soon as your job is live, our consultants begin matching it against candidates in our database and actively sourcing new applicants who fit your criteria. You will see applications and consultant-shortlisted candidates appear directly in your employer dashboard, where you can review resumes, update application status, and coordinate next steps.
Step 5: Interview and Select
Work with our team to schedule interviews with your shortlisted candidates. Once you have made your decision, update the application status in your dashboard, and our consultants will help coordinate the offer and joining process with the selected candidate.
