Yes, for job seekers our service is completely free. Registration, profile building, resume upload, job applications, interview coordination, and placement support never carry a fee for candidates. Employers may have service arrangements depending on the scope of hiring support required.

We place candidates across manufacturing, retail and FMCG, healthcare, education, IT and software, hospitality, logistics, banking and finance, and BPO/customer support, among others. Our consultants maintain relationships across these sectors so we can respond quickly to new openings.

While we are headquartered in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, we work with candidates and employers across the state and increasingly in other regions as our employer network grows. Many of our postings are open to candidates willing to relocate.

Yes, registration, job applications, interview coordination, and placement are completely free for job seekers at every stage. We never ask candidates to pay for any part of the recruitment process.

You can track your application status anytime from your candidate dashboard under Applied Jobs. Status updates include Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected, Rejected, and Placed, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Yes, you can apply to as many active job postings as you like, as long as you meet the basic requirements listed for each role. We recommend tailoring your primary skills and expected salary on your profile to match the roles you are most interested in.

From your candidate dashboard, go to the Resume section and upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file up to 5MB. You can replace your resume at any time, and your most recently uploaded file is what gets shared with employers when you apply.

Freshers are welcome to register. Be sure to list your educational qualifications, any internships or academic projects, and your primary skills clearly on your profile, since many of our employer partners specifically look for entry-level candidates.

Yes. Our consultancy staff can register candidates directly, complete profiles on their behalf during in-person or phone consultations, and apply candidates to specific jobs when appropriate. This is especially useful for candidates less comfortable with online forms.

Placement timelines vary depending on the role, your experience level, and current market demand for your skill set. Some candidates are placed within days of registering, particularly for high-demand roles, while more specialized positions may take longer to match appropriately.

Employers register on the platform, and after a brief admin approval step to verify your company details, you can post jobs directly from your employer dashboard. Most job postings are reviewed and approved within one business day.

Every candidate profile is reviewed by our consultancy staff, who verify basic qualifications and understand candidate preferences before shortlisting. This means the applicants you see have already been through an initial screening rather than being raw, unfiltered leads.

Yes, approved employers can use our candidate search tool to filter by skills, experience, location, and expected salary, and can shortlist promising profiles directly rather than waiting only for inbound applications.

Our staff coordinate interview scheduling on your behalf, confirming dates, times, and formats with both parties. You can also track interview status directly from your employer dashboard.

Once you select a candidate, our team assists with finalizing the offer and confirming joining details, and we follow up with both you and the candidate during the initial period of employment to ensure the placement is working well.

Yes. Information you provide during registration is used solely for recruitment and placement purposes and is protected using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted password storage and role-based access controls.

Genuine offers from Brilliant Job Consultancy will always be traceable to a registered candidate profile on this website, and we never request payment at any stage. If you receive a suspicious offer, verify it directly with our office before responding.
